Cody Strietzel is the Financial Operations Manager and an advisor at True Wealth Group. He supports daily operations and client planning and service needs, working alongside the team to put financial plans into action and help individuals and families make confident, values-driven financial decisions. His own debt-payoff journey informs the empathy and practical perspective he brings to client conversations.
Cody graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with degrees in accounting and business management. Before joining True Wealth Group, he spent 13 years in accounting roles spanning small business, corporate accounting, public accounting, and state government financial auditing. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how financial decisions affect businesses and households alike.
Cody and his family moved to the Phoenix area in early 2026. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his spouse and their three children. Community service is also important to him; he volunteers through his church and served for many years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
